Sex, Guns and Words: Second year

EXTRA 2: Second year
He takes cover from behind the walls as the terrorists shouts in an indistinct language before showering the lad with lead. Afraid and unsure of what his next should be, he prays and remembers a face he once knew. A girl he once knew.
He takes out his knife from his left pocket and recounts how many bullets are left in the handgun. Before he could make a daring move, the terrorists were shot down. He tries to understand the whole situation and as he does, he hears a familiar voice.
“Dude? You there?” a familiar voice.
He takes a peek while still being cautious with his gun front out and ready to shoot. “Took you guys long enough,” he says with a happy expression.
He stops to place his gun back in the holster, and notices a picture of a girl on the floor. He picks it up and sees nothing but beauty and the first thing that comes into mind was ‘God damn, she’s beautiful’.

The Man in Darkness by Raghav

" Never misjudge the power of the man in darkness. A man with thoughts of a legend. The one whom believe himself on his dreams, fighting with all the obstacles which slowing him down. Never misjudge such a person because one day when he face the light, he will be shining like none else and the world will realize that he wasn’t sleeping but working with his effort in the dark. "  -  Raghav Sekar  Above is a rather a motivational quote or in my opinion is a form of poem, by a friend of mine whom I have been asking time and time again to write up something for the blog. I am indeed happy that he finally decided to write something for us. :)

Sex, Guns and Words: EXTRA 3: First year

“I’m sorry Abdullah .” he shot the man with his silencer barrel pistol. Two shots were shot. He dragged the body back on the bed. His hand bloodied and deep down he felt guilty about it but he knew it had to be done. He takes out his phone and speeds dial to an unknown number, “The owl is now in a cage.” The receiver from the other end replied, “Affirmative agent. Rendezvous at the designated location.” He throws the phone away outside the window. He makes way onto the main deck with the rest of his belongings. He prepares his escape with the ship’s safety boat. He once again stares at the gun and tries to accept the situation that he has killed a person. He took a life away. “If you cannot fix a person then don’t hurt the person.” his father said. He keeps the gun and throws away the thought of his father’s advice. ‘I am now and not before’ as he sails away from the cargo ship.
